Hut Area Development from Eddie Gianelloni on Vimeo.

Sorry it took me so long. Here is a Vid from the a secret bouldering area that Jack and I are developing. Hundreds of boulders. This boulder has a few problems on it. I was not able to video all of the problems but I am compiling a longer video of Fa's to come soon.

More Photos

More photos as promised. It was a beautiful day on Wednesday. 15c with sun and blue skies. I was able to work a couple projects at Mitake and make it through a few crux moves on some v6/7's. Super cool. Any way, enjoy the photos.

Well in the last couple of weeks I have been very busy. Between training and climbing projects Jack and I have been bolting new routes and sending projects. We have a new trad line that is crazy good. A 110d that takes very small gear. Super spicy. Jack made the FA of a 11c/d line that is long moves on shallow pockets on bad feet up vertical rock. Jensen took some killer shots of a few of the sends and I will post some soon. The weather here is very intermittent. Blue skies move to ominous in no time. So I have been spending just as much time in the gym training as I have outside bouldering. On the bouldering front I have been working a couple of v6's and a cool v5/6. Sends are sure to come soon. Especially now that the weather has turned crisp.

On Tuesday Jack and I are going to the Red Yellow area to bolt another line and for me to send Dixie King 12b. I red pointed on TR and felt very good, so it will go down pending weather. And Baby. On that note still no baby. He is 39 plus two. Any day now.

Jensen and I found a cool bar in Roppongi named Belguabe. It is a Bulgarian beer bar. Great stuff. The owner was there and gave us free food and drinks. It was a very fun time. He even carries one of the most popular I.P.A.'s in the world, and it is good. I had two.

Well here are some pictures from the last couple of weeks with many more to come. Enjoy.

New Mitake Bouldering Video

Here is a video of the most popular v5 in Japan, Ninja Gaeshi at Mitake. It was very fun. I am also working on a short of the great bouldering here. I have a few more boulders to shoot, but should be done soon.

Yuji Hirayama's Gym

Here are a couple of pictures that I took with my point-n-shoot. I keep forgetting to bring my DLSR along. Anyway everytime I go I work something new. There are so many good lines. Yesterday I worked with a buddy of mine on learning to use a grigri as a lead device. The weather here has been very bad lately. but it looks like the weather might be turning to blue skies. We will see.

Enjoy the shotty photos.......
