It being called TD I was not sure if it was going to be a total let down, but Ninkasi came through.  At 6.7% ABV and 65 IBU's the TD has a nice floral start with a smooth hoppy finish. Tennoiwa is a beginner to intermediate chert climbing area west of Akiruno. The Festival was very nice. There was an assortment of 200 beers, local and domestic. I had 10 IPAs in the first hour alone. Maboo and Caramba bouldering gyms. Both super cool. Caramba is twice as big as Maboo but both have killer problems. I recommend them both to anyone looking for a cool gym in this area. Very simple and easy. I used three pieces on the rafter in the garage. A sloper to the left and a 1/4" piece out of view on the opposite side. We climbed a 6 pitch 10a, Over the Rainbow. It was a fun climb, but the Apron is a shit show. There are climbers climbing on top of other climbers. Free soloist passing parties and gumbies doing some dangerous stuff. The line though, was fun. So next week we are taking our last trip to Chattanooga from NOLA. I actually am very sad that we are moving away from the amazing southeast sandstone. I learned how to climb on the wonderful cracks at T-Wall. I first saw bouldering at Horse Pens five years ago. A very big day for our family. After we ate lunch at Deanie's restaurant in Metairie. Which has great fried and boiled seafood. Later that night we a had a small gathering of friends to continue to celebrate this special occasion.Today we decided to go to the Audubon Zoo. What a great idea.
